A personal service from measure to fit
For your convenience, we offer a complete measuring and fitting service. You can just sit back and relax while we transform your home before your eyes.
Whether you opt for free hanging, perfect fit or even our ultra-neat INTU® blinds, our installers will ensure the final result is neat and tidy with all mechanisms working smoothly and effectively.
We can also install all necessary accessories (tie-backs, pelmets, etc.)
Step One - Call
When you call our friendly staff, we will ask if you know what you are looking for and what your timescale is. We will then agree an appointment to suit you.
Step Two - Measure
Our staff will come to you. They can advise you on the most suitable treatments for your windows, door or conservatory. Having measured up they will prepare a free quotation based on your chosen style and choice of fabric.
Step Three - Check
Once you have accepted the quotation, we will order it and will let you know when the goods arrive and have been checked by us.
Step Four - Fit
We bring your blinds/curtains and fit them, making sure you know how to operate them and are aware of any child safety restrictions. We will leave you secure in the knowledge that if you have any concerns, a 5-year service guarantee will ensure that these are resolved.
Important note on child safety: All Carolina blinds are fitted in compliance with BS EN 13120. We will go through any child safety requirements with you at the time of installation.
Need to decorate?
Did you know that Carolina are happy to remove and refit blinds or curtains to help you with decorating. We really do go that extra mile to make our customers feel special.
