Blinds you can definitely get INTU®
INTU® blinds are a popular brand of integrated blinds which fit within the frame of a door, window or rooflight. The blind and operating mechanism are contained within a frame which is fitted to the beading of the window or door frame. This creates a very neat effect, showing off the window and ensuring sills and handles are free from clutter.
INTU® blinds come in roller, pleated and Venetian styles and there is also a Hive version for superior heat insulation. They are suitable for a wide variety of beaded windows and doors including many bay windows, bi-fold doors and conservatory windows. Unlike similar types of fitted blind, INTU® blinds are not restricted to uPVC doors and windows.
The type of beading and the width and height of your window panes will determine whether INTU® is an option for your room. Budget will also be important as INTU® blinds are not the cheapest of options and each pane has to have its own blind which can further increase costs.
Your Carolina advisor will carry out all the necessary measurements and will provide sound advice to help you make an informed decision.
Child safe by design
INTU® blinds are designated child “safe by design” as they do not have a cord. Blinds are operated by pulling on the bottom bar or, for out of reach areas, using an operating rod.
