CoVid-19 – A message to our customers

Lockdown may be over, at least for the present, but we want to protect our customers and our staff, whilst continuing to offer all our usual services. When we visit your property, our staff will wash their hands or use hand sanitiser before and after their visit.  They will wear gloves and either a visor or a face mask.

We ask that you observe social distancing, open any doors between the rooms they will be working in before they arrive and, where possible, have a window open in the room they are working to increase airflow.  Before leaving your property we will clean surfaces we have touched with our normal cleaning products.  Please do not offer our staff food or drinks, to minimise risk.  If you are isolating or have had any symptoms of CoVid-19 in the last 14 days, please re-arrange your appointment – we want to make sure that every one of our customers is as  protected as possible.

Businesses with counters, cash desks or reception desks will be pleased to hear that we are able to supply and fit or supply only clear roller screens (hygiene screens) to protect staff and clients. Please click the link below for more information on these.

Coronavirus has been a challenge for many people, with worries about finances and how lockdown will end adding to normal daily pressures and anxiety about the virus. Finding a safe way back to work

As lockdown restrictions ease, those of you who own a shop, small business or a workplace with a reception desk, will find it is important to make sure that you and your staff can feel as comfortable and confident as possible.

How do they work?

These discreet rollers fit to the ceiling, with tensioned side wires to prevent movement and give maximum visibility. Lowered by chain, on the staff side of the screen, you can have them at a height to suit you (so for example, you may want a gap at the bottom just wide enough to slide papers through, or wide enough to pass produce or a card machine through).

Reducing the risk

This kind of screen can reduce the risk to both your staff and your customers, without the rigidity currently seen in some stores - and they can be rolled up to the ceiling when not required. We will be happy to fit these outside of normal hours/before you re-open, in order to keep your staff and ours as safe as possible. Alternatively we can deliver to you and give telephone support as you fit them yourself.
